Metric registry as the API

The same registry that powers the OneBusiness dashboards is exposed over HTTP. Read finance and people KPIs with one endpoint.

Every read accepts a period (mtd, ytd, last_fy, ISO range) and an optional asOf for historical pinning. No bespoke date plumbing on your side.

Fetch up to 50 metrics in one POST. Each result is keyed by the identifier you supply, so a single round-trip backs an entire dashboard.
